The inspectors at Jeffrey Hills and Associates provide comprehensive visual inspections for the presence of timber termites, termite damage, and other harmful pests in all accessible areas of the property.
We’ll provide a detailed report on all findings, including any conditions that may attract future termite attacks, high risk areas, and suggestions for treatments and termite control programs.
Visual pest inspections are carried out using Australian Standard recognised tools, such as acoustic tappers and moisture meters. Moisture in places like the walls and ceiling cavities provide places for pests to live, so the moisture metre detects this dampness in places it shouldn’t be.

After performing a pest and termite inspection we’ll provide you with any information regarding present termite infestations, and any evidence of past termite activity. We’ll also take you through any conditions in the home that may attract future attacks, such as excessive moisture, wood to earth contact, poor drainage around the home or inadequate ventilation in the crawl space.
